1. We interview all our candidates in person. We know them before you do. We know if they are on time, organized and professional.
2. We verify the information on the candidate’s applications. Online sites allow them to enter any information/references they want and it may or may not be accurate.
3. We check all of their references for you and require proof of any advanced degrees/certifications. Online search sites may offer “background checks” but they are only online searches. We have our candidates fingerprinted for an Ohio Criminal Background Check and require an FBI fingerprint check as well if they’ve lived outside of Ohio.
4. We physically see proof of their social security card and drivers license so that we can verify they are legal to work in the United States and can check their driving record to make sure they are safe to transport your children.
5. All of our Sitters and Nannies must be current on their CPR and First Aid certifications.We take the time to go through many unqualified, unprofessional candidates to find the BEST of the best for our clients.
6. We only accept about 10% of those who apply.For our Long Term Placements, we take the time to come to your home to meet with you so that we can truly understand your needs and your personalities before referring you candidates.
7. Having a problem with your nanny or sitter? We are only ever a phone call away. We take care of replacing your sitter or nanny and even offer our On Call service in case your nanny ever calls off for a last minute replacement solution. Our On Call Placement Coordinator has a dedicated line to call from 6am to 11pm for all emergency childcare needs.
