Permanent Placement
- The client fills out the online application.
- The client is contacted by the agency to discuss specific needs/requirements.
- If the client decides to proceed, a signed copy of the agency contract and payment of the membership fee is required.
- An agency counselor will schedule a family interview at the client’s home to gain additional information to determine the nannies who will be referred. Information about tax advice, payroll services, health insurance, duties and expectations of the nanny and the family, and a nanny/family work agreement will also be discussed at that time. (If a family is not able to meet a counselor personally, this interview may be conducted over the phone).
- Referrals will emailed to the client and the client will contact the nannies directly to set-up interviews.
- Clients will contact the agency with feedback on the candidates to assist the agency in finding the right match.
- Additional referrals will be sent until the client hires a nanny.
- When a nanny accepts an offer from a client, verbally or in writing, the family will be charged the placement fee within 48 hours.
- The client will be contacted regarding the nanny’s performance after the first week, at ten weeks, and again after a year of employment.
- If the family of nanny is not satisfied with the relationship, the agency will give additional candidate referrals to the family once within the first 90 days of the nanny’s employment if the family has complied with all aspects of the agency contract.
