COSTS:
The application fee for a full or part time nanny is $200. If you choose to hire one of the candidates referred by The Nanny Connection, you will be charged a placement fee of $2000 for a full time placement and $1500 for a part-time placement. One year free membership to our on-call services is included.

For those who wish only to use the temporary and on-call services, there is a $50 yearly membership fee and a $25 a day booking fee. Or you may choose our Frequent Users Membership package with a $200 yearly membership fee and a $10 a day booking fee. This is also the package we utilize to place Temporary nannies. There is a $40 charge when you request a candidate with less than 24 hours notice. The agency will send a qualified individual to your home and you will pay them according to the following guidelines:

Personal Assistant	$15 per hour	3 hours
Housesitters	$50 per 24 hours	1 day
Petsitters	$60 – $100 per 24 hours	1 day

GUARANTEE PERIOD:
The families and the nannies have a 90 day guarantee period when hired for long-term positions. If the placement is unsuccessful at the end of 90 days and the family has complied with all aspects of the agency agreement, The Nanny Connection will refer candidates to a family once without an additional placement fee.

SALARY:
Salaries for nannies usually range from about $10 to $14 per hour according to their educational background, experience, and job responsibilities. Housekeepers earn between $15 and $20 per hour. Salaries and benefit packages should be defined in a work agreement prior to employment.
