The agency owner and Placement Coordinator is Melissa Ridler. She has a bachelors degree from Kent State University in Family Studies with an emphasis in Child Care and is a devout mother of two young children. Throughout her career, Melissa has worked with children and families in a variety of child care and social service environments. Her experience includes teaching children in an accredited day care center, caring for pregnant and parenting teens (along with their young children) in a residential treatment facility, and working with families participating in a Head Start program find parenting, medical and employment resources in their communities. She is specially trained, and understands that, when you cannot be with them yourself, finding the perfect care for your children is essential.
Bill Ridler is the Director of Sales & Marketing. He recently left the comfort of a Fortune 500 Company to help facilitate the tremendous growth we've experienced at the Nanny Connection. You may speak with him regarding any number of topics, such as business development, event planning and Corporate Back-up care arrangements.
Bridget Daley is the agency’s Recruitment and Screening Coordinator. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from John Carroll University. Bridget has many years of experience in the childcare industry including positions as a private nanny, on call sitter, summer camp director and special needs classroom aide. Additionally, she spent several years teaching sign language to babies, toddlers and caregivers to help children communicate before they could talk. As a mother, she knows what a challenge it is to find trustworthy and reliable childcare and is excited to help other families meet this very important need.
Stacey Young is an agency Screening Coordinator that assists new and current nannies in completing and maintaining their screening requirements. She started with the agency as a nanny in 2005, and has since taken recruitment and administrative responsibilities. Stacey also has experience working as a parent coach and substitute teacher. She has a Bachelor's degree in Organizational communications and a masters degree in Early Childhood education. She lives in New Franklin with her husband, 2 children and some 4-legged family members!
